It's been almost 10 months since I had my biceps tenodesis & SLAP repair surgery on my right (dominant) shoulder.

Getting to full range of motion has been a struggle. Today I accomplished a major milestone in performing a daily function I've had to do lefty since December. https://t.co/wHFK1BdnR8

Recovery took longer than I expected. It was a good six months before I was able to do some of the exercises that were painful before. And even then there was still stiffness in my shoulder. Since then the stiffness has gradually lessened.
