A year ago I could barely walk because I was having so much pain in my hip and needed surgery to repair a labral tear.

It feels so great to be active again!

@racheldoerrie I've had two labral repair surgeries in the last 5 years. In the second surgery they needed to do osteoplasty and capsule repair. Even when you do everything post surgery "right" your hip is never the same.
