@AlexMcDaniel This time last year I was a few weeks out from my knee replacement surgery.
Recovery & PT were still slow. Now I’m walking the trail multiple times a week & just did 4 miles last night. I could have never done that before the knee surgery. Having my mobility back is amazing.
