@MikScarlet @vix_the_star Had a herniated disk two years ago and the sciatic pain was indescribable for 6 mnths. Eventually had epidurals/spinal blocks which were short lived (but amazing relief). Microdiscectomy surgery was only thing that sorted it.Pain is hugely debilitating and not understood by most

@Jeff_Sharon I had microdiscectomy surgery in March 2021. The prior 16 months of constantly degrading physically was frustrating (and painful). It returned me to normalcy. Hope it does the same for you.
2 days after L4 L5 Microdiscectomy and Iโm up and walking about, 2 full nights sleep, original pain shooting through my hip and leg has completely gone. Absolutely insane feeling! Long way to go, but so far so good ๐๐ป
@BBCInMemoriam Microdiscectomy was a easyrecovery for me. Gotta baby it for a year but so much relief
@azsweetheart013 Everyone is different. I had shots and PT, but ultimately decided on a microdiscectomy with a great neurosurgeon I worked with. It really helped me. I read all the literature about same outcomes with or without surgery too, but all I can say is the surgery worked for me
@WunstaGuy @DrRobertKlapper Had a microdiscectomy 3 years ago. After many steroid epidurals. Changed my life man. Easy surgery. Walked out pain free. Never had an issue since.
